Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship plants to the United States excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

When do you ship?

We take into account the current and anticipated weather conditions where you are located and may delay an order to ship on a Monday or contact you directly to recommend 2nd day or overnight shipping if not purchased at the time of the order. We strive to ship all our orders as soon as we receive them however, we do not ship out on Friday - Sunday due to shipping delays.

For orders shipping to California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Washington State, Nevada, and Utah the orders may be delayed to ship out on a Monday or a Tuesday following your purchase date. You can contact us at sashadblooms@gmail.com to find out exactly when your order will ship. 

What happens if my plant/box arrives damaged?

Please make sure to hold onto your plant and box and send us an email with photos to sashadblooms@gmail.com so we can get a replacement out to you and file a claim with UPS. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We typically ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Once your package leaves, it can take 1-3 business days to reach you. We ship only with UPS at the present time to ensure the freshest and live arrival of our plants.

What if I live in a state with extreme weather conditions?

We monitor the weather in each destination location to maximize the shipping time and utilize thermal protection to ensure that the plant is protected. You can add a heat-pack or thermal bag to your order if temperatures at night fall below 40 degrees.
